Who we are
NeuralERP.AI LLC (“NeuralERP.AI”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at www.neuralerp.ai. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@neuralerp.ai.
What we collect
This is a marketing website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for personal data in order to browse it.
- Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, we record which sections you view, how far you scroll, how long you stay, whether you use the savings calculator and the figures you enter into it, and which calls to action you click. We combine these signals into an engagement score so we can understand which parts of the site are useful.
- A random visitor identifier. If you accept analytics cookies, we store a randomly generated identifier in your browser’s local storage so repeat visits can be recognised. It is not derived from anything about you and we cannot use it to identify you by name.
- Campaign attribution. If you arrive from a marketing campaign, we store the campaign parameters from the link you followed, so that we can tell which campaigns lead to enquiries.
- Information you choose to give us. If you book a meeting or email us, we receive whatever you provide — typically your name, email address, employer and anything you tell us about your programme.
If you reject cookies, none of the above is written to your browser or shared with our analytics providers. The site continues to work normally.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and marketing tags. Those tags are disabled by default and are only enabled once you accept, using Google Consent Mode. Strictly necessary storage — such as remembering your cookie choice — is always active, because the site cannot function correctly without it.
You can change your mind at any time: . You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Who we share it with
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) — website analytics.
- Calendly — scheduling. If you book a meeting, Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- IONOS — website hosting.
We do not sell personal data. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their own terms.
Why we are allowed to use it
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business when you contact us directly. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that already took place.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained for as long as your provider settings allow, and no longer than 26 months. Enquiries and meeting records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@neuralerp.ai. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
